"Shopping for a trustworthy insurance agent that has your best interest at heart? 不用再找了, 這家是最好的! 高效、貼心、知識淵博. You need to have Patrick's staff in your life. We've been with them for over 25 years and have always felt taken cared of. Anytime we have a change in cars, homes or had to file claims, we knew we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Patrick truly has the most caring staff. Manie is our go to lady. Hearing her voice on the phone and I know everything is going to be ok. She's efficient, knowledgeable, professional and working with her feels like your own sister is taking care of you. I would highly recommend Patrick Lau's office. As you can see from other reviews, he has other staff members that are great too. Patrick, if you're reading this, Manie is the best! I don't know what I'd do without her."

The main reason isn't something special about State Farm but rather this particular agency office's overall good customer services; especially Michelle who is "lack of typical profit driven salesmanship and bureaucratic mentality" when handling questions and inquiries. Instead, Michelle truly considers "best interest for her clients first" with good deeds and enthusiasms. What an unusual and remarkable quality in service sectors nowadays."
